Choose a venue and get ready to ignite your imagination because this year’s Lantern Parade theme is HEROES!
Join our family-friendly workshops to craft a glowing tribute to a personal role model, local legend, or superhero. Led by our expert artists, you’ll create your own eco-friendly lantern using bio degradable materials ie willow, bamboo and tissue paper.
Suitable for adults, families and children 5+. Children under age 7 must be accompanied by an adult. Illuminate your lantern with a battery operated LED light (not included with ticket) and bring your finished lantern to our Lantern Parade on Saturday 28th November and wear your super hero costumes (if you like), showcase your beautiful lantern and light up the city center.
